    Policy of Payment:
    When we have confirmed all your booking, we would like to ask you to pay a deposit of 10-30%, You need to pay by wire transfer or through Papal, you will be required to wire the deposit to our bank account and fax us the bank receipt within 1-2 days .Balance must be done 15 days before you arrive in China or UPON ARRIVAL or you may make the balance of the payment upon your arrival. In case if we do not receive the agreed sum of money before the arrival, then we have the right not to provide any agreed service. We are not responsible for any losses of your payment including your deposit.

    Travel Documentation
    All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. China Travel Select accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

    Itinerary Alteration
    We provide free service to modify your final itinerary for the first two times and charge $20 for every new modification.

    Policy of Cancellation:
    You may cancel your confirmed booking in written letter (email or fax). Cancellation or failing to pay the full cost by the due time will lead losses as follows: The cancellation penalty will be a certain percentage of the tour price. 50 days to 30 days before the arrival day, the penalty is 10%; 29 days to 15 days is 15%; 14 days to 10 days is 20%; 9 days to 2 days is 25%; cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival day is 30%.

    Insurance
    China Travel Select tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $24,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. However, we still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.

    Health Requirements
    Clients should familiarize themselves with any health requirement applicable to areas they intend to visit. You are solely responsible for compliance with vaccination and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. For those traveling to Tibet, due to extreme high altitude, a doctors certificate is requested stating that passenger is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal.

    Luggage Allowance
    According to the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg (44pounds) for the economy class, 30kg (66pounds) for the business class, and 40kg (88pounds) for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of yours. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

    Complaints and Claims
    Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you may inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. China Travel Select will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
