    Day by Day Itinerary

  • Day 01 Arrive Beijing
  • Arrive in Beijing and transfer to the hotel. You will have a free day to explore the city.
  • Day 02 Beijing - B.L
  • This morning, see vast Tiananmen Square and the extravagant Ming–era Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City, including the jewelry section. After lunch, visit the elegant Summer Palace with the Kunming Lake cruise, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with the largest imperial garden in the world.
  • Day 03 Beijing - B.L
  • This morning you will be taken to Great Wall of China (Badaling section). Take a walk along this historic icon. This afternoon, stroll across the Sacred Path and reach the Ming Tomb, which is actually a cluster tomb from Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It is world famous because thirteen emperors were buried there. On the way back to downtown, drive by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium). You will see its distinctive appearance from a distance
  • Day 04 Beijing/Xian –B.L
  • This morning, visit the exquisite 15th century Temple of Heaven. See the Imperial Ceiling of Heaven with its Echo Wall and the Nine–Dragon Cypress, more than 500 years old. Take afternoon flight to ancient city Xian.
  • Day 05Xian –B.L
  • The morning highlight is a visit to the amazing Terracotta Soldiers Museum. In the afternoon, visit the landmark of this city - Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It is a Buddhist pagoda used to store the sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought from India by Xuanzang. Relax for the rest of the day.
  • Day 06 Xian – B,L
  • This morning you will spend viewing the historical collections displayed in the Shaanxi History Museum. In the afternoon have a bird's eye view of this city on the City Wall, And then a bicycle tour along the city wall. Have a tour around the best-preserved Islamic Great Mosque to finsh off the day.
  • Day 07 Lhasa–B.L.D
  • Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. Take a flight to Lhasa. Transfer to the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high altitude. Dinner is served at your hotel. We will handle the Tibet Travel Permit for you.
  • Day 08 Lhasa–B.L.D
  • Our first-day sightseeing in Lhasa will cover the most beautiful splendor in Tibet - Potala Palace, the spiritual center of Tibetan Buddhism - Jokhang Temple, and the bustling Barkhor Street around the temple.
  • Day 09Lhasa - B.L.D
  • Today we will visit the great Gelugpa monastery - Drepung Monastery about 8km west of central Lhasa. It was once the worlds largest monastery housing more than 10,000 monks. If we are lucky, we can enter into a dark columned hall quite easily to see and hear the lilting, booming, chanting of sutras.In the afternoon, we will visit Sera Monastery, about 5km north of central Lhasa.
  • Day 10 Lhasa/Shanghai–B.L
  • Proceed to the next stop after having a Tibetan family visit, which will offer you a chance to experience the real life of Tibetan People and you can chat with them about their life. Take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel.
  • Day 11 Shanghai–B.L
  • Sightsee Shanghai's highlights: the Shanghai Museum, with an audio tour describing the special features of the museum's permanent collections, Nanjing Road or Huai Hai Road shopping streets, Yu Garden and the Old Town, the city's colonial European past at The Bund, the modern Xintiandi, and a renowned Shanghai silk factory.
  • Day 12 Departure Shanghai–B
